What is Bioresin?
Bioresin is a natural oil Polyol (NOP) or biopolyol derived from vegetable oils feedstock.Kemwerke`s bioresin BioRes 4007/ BioRes 407XL boast of having been produced from the rich Lauric Fatty Acid content of the Coconut Oil.
BioRes 4007/ BioRes 407 XL are thermosetting resins, that come in a very low color, viscous resin solution.These resins display non-yellowing film characteristics with high initial gloss and excellent gloss retention properties.
What are the uses of Bioresin?
BioResins 4007/ BioResin 407XL are recommended as vehicle/binder in the manufacture of 2-Component Polyurethane Coatings for various industrial applications.
These resins can be used in both pigmented and clearcoats.

BioRes 4007® is a “green” raw material produced from
natural vegetable oil
feed stocks that is renewable,
sustainable, environmentally and eco-
friendly products.
BioRes 4007® is used in combination with aliphatic/aromatic isocyanate in a 2-Component solvent borne polyurethane finishes for Auto-Refinish, Marine/ Industrial Coatings applied on metal substrate.
