Kemwerke`s various type of kettles and mixing tanks are available for contract manufacturing services for interested clients. Formulations that require mixing with heating or just mixing are Welcome! Batch sizes are adjusted to client’s formulation requirement.

Nitrocellulose Solution

Stainless Steel mixing tank equipped with HIGH SPEED mixer.  

Capacity: 1000 liters.

Nitrocellulose Cotton/ Flakes are dissolved using client’s proprietary solvent blend.

Liquid-Liquid or Liquid- Solid Mixtures

Stainless steel jacketed mixing tank capable of being heated up to 60ºC.

Capacity: 1500 liters

Formulated products which require mixing with or without heating.

Oleoresinous Varnishes

Universal reactor equipped with mixer and heater as required by the formulation.

Capacity: 5000 Liters

Special varnishes for ink and paint formulations.

Specialty Resins

Universal reactor complete with accessories for the manufacture of specialty resins.

Capacity: 8000 liters.

Proprietary resin formulations- this arrangement will be covered by a SECRECY AGREEMENT.
